About Us
We are a pair of Toronto based teachers, as well as giant nerds. We see the creativity of kids day in and day out, but as adults we have often forgotten how to access that part of ourselves. One of the reasons we love this game so much is that it brings us back to that childhood love of make-believe. Our goal is to bring the joy of storytelling and epic quests back into the lives of the people that reach out to us. We all deserve to be the heroes of an adventure!
David
David fell into D&D when he realized it was a way to create and experience the kinds of fantasy stories that dominated his childhood. Running games gave him a way to bring that same experience to others. D&D also allowed him the perfect excuse to affect a variety of voices, ranging from ‘very annoying’ to merely ‘annoying.’
Mina
As a huge Buffy, Lord of the Rings, and Brandon Sanderson fan, Mina loves a good character driven story - and what better way to create her own stories than D&D? Aside from the cool stories, the moments that Mina cherishes as a DM are creepy dream sequences and taking any opportunity to let out a good cackle.
